At LifeChange Health Coaching, LCHC, everything starts with a passion for recovery that is fueled by my own journey with chronic illness and my need to share the light of healing with others who need it.

I coach from the solution, not from the problems.

Experiencing a loss of health so severe that it impairs your ability to work, to be a parent, or even function in society day by day is truly devastating. I know that despair first hand and it has radically changed my life, both personally and professionally. It’s especially heartbreaking when children suffer. As a mother and grandmother, myself, I know my children's and my "grands'" health is linked in part to me.  My inherited problems are theirs as well.  It must stop now.

In all stages of life we have health challenges.   You may have a chronic illness, or you want to be lean and energetic, preventing cancer, diabetes, heart disease or many forms of dementia.  You may be in your 50s or 60s and want to slow aging and live vibrantly.  You may be young and want to perform at your best now and in decades to come, or you may simply want to be a positive influence on the people you love.

I have witnessed and addressed many of these issues, even with the elderly and those who suffer in the end of life stage.  I am completely confident and competent to minimize the many ancillary troubles that pop up at this stage so that suffering is greatly diminished, and my clients can focus on healing relationships, meaning, forgiveness and hope.
